Acceptance

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes a private token project that intends to make extra deposits toward children’s TrumpAccounts, show a public treasury when that wallet is published, accept submissions from authorized adults, and publish contribution and draw records. It is not the federal Trump Accounts program. It does not sell anything, does not accept payments, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

No wallet, no trading, no custody

You cannot connect a wallet on this site and there is nothing here to buy, sell, or trade. The site is read-only with respect to the treasury: it holds no signing key and cannot move funds.

Submissions

By submitting, you confirm that you are an adult authorized to act for the child whose account you submit, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have not included any prohibited information. Submitting is free, puts the account in the current draw, and does not guarantee that a contribution will be made. Selection is governed by the Official Rules.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, automated, or duplicate entries.
• Do not attempt to access administrative functions or another person’s data.
• Do not scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not impersonate the fund or misrepresent an affiliation with it.

Accuracy and availability

Treasury figures are read from a public blockchain and are shown with the time they were verified. Data may be briefly stale, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance. We correct published records through a documented revision process rather than silent edits.

Third-party links

Proof links, Trump Accounts portal links, IRS links, and explorer links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Independence

Republic Fund is a private project. It is not the Trump Accounts program, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or the Internal Revenue Service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government, Robinhood Markets, Inc., or any political candidate, party, or office holder. Product and company names mentioned may be trademarks of their respective owners.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
