Official Rules

1. Sponsor and operator

The sponsor and operator of this promotion is Republic Fund (“we”, “us”, “Republic Fund”). Contact: @republicfund on X. Republic Fund is a private project. It is not the Trump Accounts program, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or the Internal Revenue Service, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. government, Robinhood Markets, Inc., or any political candidate, party, or office holder.

2. No purchase necessary

Entry is free. No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, token ownership, trade, transaction, or social media action is required to enter, and none of those actions improves the chance of being selected. Republic Fund chooses who receives a deposit from the accounts in the current draw.

3. Who may enter

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be a legal resident of the United States or a U.S. territory.
• You must be a parent, legal guardian, grandparent, adult sibling, or other adult authorized to act for the child whose account you submit.
• Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members or household members of the operator are not eligible.
• A child may be the subject of only one active entry. Duplicate submissions for the same account are consolidated into a single entry.

Entries are submitted by adults about an account. This is not a child-directed service. We do not knowingly collect a child’s name, date of birth, age, or other identity details; we do collect, from the adult submitter, a public account link so a contribution can be directed correctly.

4. Entry period

There is one current draw. A complete submission enters that draw as soon as it is received. There is no published cutoff and no separate lottery window. All times are recorded and displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

5. How to enter

Submit the form at republicfund.net/submit-account with your name, email address, state, relationship to the child, and the public link to the child’s TrumpAccount, and confirm each required attestation. A complete submission enters the current draw when it is received. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means are void.

Never include a password, one-time code, Social Security number, date of birth, tax document, recovery phrase, private key, or bank account number. We do not ask for them and any entry containing them may be rejected.

6. Eligibility of an entry

An entry stays in the current draw only if it is:

• accepted (not rejected or withdrawn);
• not withdrawn, duplicate, or previously funded where these rules prohibit repeat funding;
• consistent with any state or eligibility filter we publish; and
• accompanied by every required attestation.

7. Winner selection

Republic Fund selects the recipient of a deposit from the accounts then in the current draw. Selection is by the operator, not by a published lottery, blockchain seed, or reproducible algorithm. Buying or trading the token does not influence the pick. We may consider eligibility, a working account link, and our ability to complete a contribution.

8. Odds

There is no published probability. Being in the draw does not guarantee a deposit. The number of accounts in the draw is shown on the draw page.

9. Prize

The prize is a contribution, in the amount shown on the draw page at the time of selection, made toward the TrumpAccount identified in the selected entry. The contribution is paid to the account or its provider, not in cash to the entrant. When the transfer is sent, we publish the transaction hash or explorer link on this site. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is available except at our sole discretion where a contribution cannot be completed. We do not open Trump Accounts, file Form 4547, complete brokerage paperwork, or provide tax advice; the recipient is responsible for any tax consequences and should consult a professional.

10. Notification and verification

We contact the selected entrant using the email address on the entry. The entrant must respond and confirm eligibility within 14 days. We may require confirmation of the relationship to the child and that the account link is valid and belongs to that child. We do not request credentials, Social Security numbers, or identity documents as part of verification.

11. Disqualification

An entry may be disqualified for ineligibility, duplicate submission, false attestation, non-response within the notification window, an invalid or inaccessible account link, or attempted manipulation. If we cannot complete a contribution to the selected account, we may pick another account from the current draw.

12. Privacy

When we select an account, we may publish a public record ID, state, amount, date, and the transaction link once it exists. Private receipt codes (used for status lookup) are not published. We never publish the account link, the guardian’s name or contact details, or a child’s name or other identity details. 13. Cancellation

We may pause selections if we cannot complete contributions fairly or lawfully. Selecting an account does not move money by itself. A published contribution record is the public proof that a deposit was made.

14. Disputes

All decisions regarding eligibility and selection are made by Republic Fund under these rules. Any dispute is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Where a discrepancy exists between summary copy elsewhere on this site and these rules, these rules govern.

15. Optional thank-you videos and media

Sending a video or other media is optional and is never required to enter or to receive a contribution. If you choose to send us a video or similar media (for example a thank-you clip after a contribution), you grant Republic Fund a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit for length or format, and publish that media on our social media accounts and other public channels we operate. You confirm you have the right to grant that license, including any permission needed from people who appear in the media. We may decline to publish media at our discretion.

16. Void where prohibited

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
